Hotel Croatia is primarily focused on providing guest accommodation, as well as organizing and hosting conferences. Subsequent to these activities, Hotel Croatia operates restaurants, bars, and catering services, in addition to engaging in various leisure, sport, recreation, and wellness activities.
All of these services are provided within or in the general vicinity of Hotel Croatia, a masterpiece of modern architecture. Following Customer Service Awareness, this unique hotel can accommodate large numbers, though never lacks to make each guest feel comfortable. Our main priority is always to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the lifeblood of our hotel. Hotel Croatia occupies an area of 83,000 square meters, with interior space totaling over 35,000 square meters. The hotel’s unique modern structure, stunning views over the Adriatic, Dubrovnik and Cavtat, as well as characteristic interior decoration creates an elegant and lively atmosphere.

Our Portfolio
Completed in 1973, Hotel Croatia was the first large hotel and resort on the Adriatic coastline. From its inauguration, it proved an instant success and was met with critical acclaim for its facility and service. Throughout the history hotel was part of Cavtat and Dubrovnik hotel groups, which in the 1990 became an independent company later bought by the Plava Laguna d.d. Poreč, becoming a part of a Lukšić group. At the beginning of 2009, Lukšić group decided to unite the efforts in its hotel companies on the Croatian south, and founded Excelsa Hotels, a Hotel Management Company, to run its properties. Over the past year, Excelsa Hotels has invested in, grown and developed a broad range of expertise in all aspects of hotel management with particular emphasis on sales, human resources and food and beverage.
